Office Expansion Increases Customer Support Capabilities

McEnery Automation's continued growth took another step forward this spring with a major office expansion. Doubling our existing space has provided room for additional offices and cubicles for our expanding engineering staff. More importantly, the increased space also enables our engineers to provide even better customer support.

Control system simulation is a key component to our CSIA Certified project development process. The office expansion provides additional space for process and control equipment and team collaboration during simulation activities. Additional team and conference rooms will provide more space for peer reviews and collaboration, as well as for our customers during their visits to McEnery Automation for design reviews and Factory Acceptance Testing.

Included in our five conference and team rooms is a large conference space that will support large customer meetings as well as technical seminars and training classes for both our employees and customers. We have also upgraded our phone and conferencing equipment to provide better remote support – an increasingly important component of customer support in recent times.
